  • Document Review: We review your case and advise you on your options at no charge, including problem-tenant communications, notices, and lease terms.

During the Eviction Process

Once a case begins, we take full responsibility for managing it efficiently.

  • Same-Day Filing: We prepare and file the Unlawful Detainer complaint, typically on the same day.
  • Immediate Service: Our in-house process servers usually begin service attempts that day.
  • Case Management: We handle all aspects — defaults, clerk’s judgment, writs, sheriff delivery, and trial scheduling. You and your team will be kept up to date by regular update emails, and you can log into our case portal anytime to see your case status.
  • Court Preparation: We prepare all trial materials and represent you at hearings, settlements, and trials.
  • Legal Work: We manage discovery responses, stipulations, oppositions, and settlement negotiations where necessary.
